Depending on the interests of those who come, we will write, draw, sing or dance. Perhaps it will open our hearts and minds; connect us with ourselves, each other and something larger; and awaken awe at something just beyond reach.
From white lies to keeping nuanced opinions to ourselves, we might find that the masks we wear have become too much. We'll honour the human condition of partial transparency and partial estrangement, and we'll consider when it is worth the risk to keep it real.

Bring-Your-Own Bag Lunch get-togethers are planned for Wednesdays from 12:15 to 1:30. No agenda, just ‘how’s your spirit today’ check-ins and a conversation topic. We’ll start with weekly gatherings and see how that schedule works for the group.
Calling all singers, singer-songwriters, poets, comedians and more—here's your chance to shine. Let's light the place up! All are welcome. If you'd like to perform (up to 3 songs, space permitting) tell Joe, or minister @ uuch.ca, or sign up when you arrive

With a musical service featuring the Pick-Up Choir and the Afterchoir, we enter into what for some of us is a season of hope - for ourselves and our loved ones, for the region and our country, for the world.
Ben and his wife Tanya will lead a baking session, to donate to those in need. All welcome, with a special invitation to families with children and youth. Tanya is experienced at running kitchens, including programming for children and youth.
Bring your favourite board games, roleplaying games or theatre games.
Any kind of writing is welcome, for example haiku, poetry, free writing, writing from prompts, fiction of various styles, journaling. We will write for most of time, with optional sharing.
