UU Principles Reflection Circles (online)
In each session, we explore one of our 8 principles: We will explore what the principle means to you; how it has shown up in your life; how you might live it more fully; how it enhances or challenges your other deeply held beliefs.
In these reflection circles, we help each other to tune into our own inner teachers. This is not a space for advising, correcting, steering or testing each other. Come as a fellow traveller as we weave our learning journeys together.
You are encouraged to attend most or all sessions. Drop-ins are also welcome.
To be scheduled for 2026-2027.
Building Your Own Theology
This is an opportunity to develop your own personal credo – the fundamental beliefs, values and convictions that inform and direct your life. Come to any or all sessions.
To be scheduled for 2026-2027.
Humanists
4th Sunday of the month, 12:00-1:30.
Join our humanists for a thought-provoking, mind-expanding discussion on a topic chosen by the group.
Circles of Trust
Inspired by Quaker principles from Parker Palmer’s Center for Courage and Renewal, we sit in a circle and make space for silence, personal reflection and open honest questions.

Dinners for 8
If you would like to host or attend a Dinner for 8, email admin@uuch.ca. At a Dinner for 8, all attendees contribute to a meal at the host’s house, perhaps by bringing a salad, main course or dessert. If you don’t have room for 8 people, you are welcome to host a smaller group. There are different ways that Dinners for 8 can be organized, so consider what arrangement would make you an enthusiastic host.
The Creatives
Email Ben to get on the contact list, minister@uuch.ca
Depending on the interests of those who come, we will write, draw, sing, dance, craft rituals and more. Perhaps it will open our hearts and minds; connect us with ourselves, each other and something larger; and awaken awe at something just beyond reach.
Walks (dogs welcome)
We occasionally go to Point Pleasant Park for a walk. It’s an informal mix of silence, reflection and casual conversation.
