Sunday Services start at 10:30 a.m.

Service: Are You For Real?

From white lies to keeping nuanced opinions to ourselves, we might find that the masks we wear have become too much. We'll honour the human condition of partial transparency and partial estrangement, and we'll consider when it is worth the risk to keep it real.

Lunch Bunch

Bring-Your-Own Bag Lunch get-togethers are planned for Wednesdays from 12:15 to 1:30. No agenda, just ‘how’s your spirit today’ check-ins and a conversation topic. We’ll start with weekly gatherings and see how that schedule works for the group.

The Creatives

Depending on the interests of those who come, we will write, draw, sing or dance. Perhaps it will open our hearts and minds; connect us with ourselves, each other and something larger; and awaken awe at something just beyond reach.

Service: Songs of Hope

With a musical service featuring the Pick-Up Choir and the Afterchoir, we enter into what for some of us is a season of hope - for ourselves and our loved ones, for the region and our country, for the world.

Baking (to give to those in need)

Ben and his wife Tanya will lead a baking session, to donate to those in need. All welcome, with a special invitation to families with children and youth. Tanya is experienced at running kitchens, including programming for children and youth.

Games

Bring your favourite board games, roleplaying games or theatre games.

Writing Group

Any kind of writing is welcome, for example haiku, poetry, free writing, writing from prompts, fiction of various styles, journaling. We will write for most of time, with optional sharing.

No-Frills Evening Service: Simplicity

How beautiful December can be if you find moments of simplicity. In this no-frills service, we will find room to just breathe.
